BUILD RESULTS
We at BUILD Performance Diemen find it important to make the goals we set with our clients through Personal Training measurable. That is why we take before photos during the intake to map out the starting point. We then work towards the first results after 12 weeks. In addition to all the benefits (physical and mental) that our clients experience by training at BUILD, the result photos are the icing on the cake. The results below were achieved over different periods of time and with different training frequencies. The time periods are not shown with the photos because each process is unique and personal.
