MARIA PEDENKO

GOAL

Mariia was after her pregnancy and c-section very unhappy with her body and that had to change quickly. She wanted to lose weight, become stronger and fitter and be able to do everything with her son. She decided to start personal training 6 months after her pregnancy.

 

More than 15 kg less and many times stronger, she now has more self-confidence than ever before. 

EXPERIENCE & RESULT

Now more than 4 years later, Mariia has lost a total of more than 15 kilos and 2/3 sizes smaller in her clothing. She is much more confident and has enough energy to be active with her son. Mariia trains 3 times a week at BUILD Performance and continues to make progress every week. What Mariia likes about personal training? "Everything is made as easy as possible for you.
