BUILD coaching doesn't stop when you walk out the door. Our personal trainers are ready for you. You will have access to our extensive nutrition app that offers extra support in achieving your goals. The app contains 2000+ recipes (including ingredients and preparation method), you can pass on all your preferences, allergies and tolerances. This way you no longer have to think about your nutrition and you can focus on getting the most out of your workouts. You can ask your personal trainer questions 24/7 via the app. Appointments are flexibly booked, your bottle of water and towel are ready.

As a Personal Training studio, BUILD has a wide variety of clients. Everyone is welcome! Your starting point doesn't matter, (super) fit, completely out of shape or recovering from an injury. Our personal trainers will help you achieve your goals.
